Step 1: Artwork

Are We Print Ready?

Even if your artwork is the most amazing piece the earth has ever seen, we still need it to work on our production line. However, we've been doing this for so long we've made drawings on napkins work. However, we are hoping for a high resolution JPG or PNG, but we'd prefer it in vector format such as PDF, AI, or SVG. Not sure what this means or if it’s screen print-ready? Contact us and attach your artwork in your email and we’ll let you know. We may need to ask you to find a better quality image, or to let us spend a bit of time getting it ready. Also, be sure you own the rights to your work.

If you need some help with your artwork, our design team is ready to help you figure out exactly what you need and create it for you.

Step 2: Details

Choose Your Garment

Do you have your garment picked out? If not, browse our selection of blank apparel. You'll choose your material from options like cotton, polyester, or blends. You'll also chose fabric weight - heavy and substantial, or light and flowy? Choose your shirt type from options like long sleeve, crewneck, cropped or full length. Finally, garment colors can have a big effect on the final artwork, so always keep that in mind.

Determine Artwork Size & Placement

Envisioning a front/back design or just the front? How about on the sleeves?

Figure Out Your Quantity & Total Budget

With our low minimum order quantity (MOQ) we supply companies big and small. Determining your budget helps you determine your quantity. Generally, with higher quantities, shirts will be cheaper per item. Once you’ve worked out these details you’re ready to move on to the next step.

Step 3: Contact

Reach Out to Us

Fill out the contact form on our website or email us at arroyomfg@gmail.com. What info to provide? Use your decisions from the previous steps to be as specific as possible - this helps us know exactly what you want. Don’t be afraid to ask us any questions you might have! We’ll figure out together the best way to get your job done.

Email Us Directly

Get Your Quote & Mockups

After we’ve got all the details, we’ll be able to send you a quote. We’ll also create mockups for you to review to make sure everything looks good before moving on to production.

Give Feedback on Mockups & Approve Design

Is it how you imagined? Hopefully everything in the mockup looks alright from the get-go but this isn’t always the case. Sometimes changes are needed, but once everything looks good, let us know and we can get started printing.

Step 4: Production

Now it’s time to sit back and relax while we take care of printing your new shirts. Generally, this will take 2-3 weeks. Turnaround time can depend on many factors like time of year, job size and complexity, stock availability, and shipping times.

Step 5: Delivery

Your new shirts are ready! We hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed making them. When the job is done, we'll let you know that it’s been shipped or is ready to be picked up at one of our Chico locations.
